I work at a ceramic factory. It makes their own products and sends it to their clients. It has nothing directly to do with importation and exportation because it does not make international shipments, although it does sell their products all over the country and has something to do with one of the International Business areas that is logistics, one of the company most important service. Their main products are floors and tiles and also they do all the logistics at the company. A ceramics factory has a lot of competitors, it is easy to know that by thinking how many different brands and kinds of products we can see at a store or even in the houses, so, the strategy is technology, innovation and creativity to get the consumer attention and increase the market share.

I work in a graphic of outsourcing, that do custom packaging, we work with paper, plastic, bags, boxes, labels and tags all custom conform the customers wants. The most of our customers are tenants, clothing store and horology. This area do not have with international business. The customers contact us and make a budget with the material that it wants and after approval we start to produce the request. The main product is little boxes of paper to put clothes mainly. I'm currently working at a cellular company called Claro, in the segment of services. It works with selling cell phones and postpaid cellular lines. It has to do with importation and exportation because the company buys cell phones from other countries and sells it here in Brazil, besides, it also works with the service of international roaming. The store that I work at is here in Piracicaba, but the company operates in a lot of countries, such as Mexixo, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Porto Rico etc. The concurrence of this company are Vivo, Oi and TIM - at least here in Brazil. We offer discounts when it comes to the prices of the cell phones in order to convince the consumer that they must acquire our services.

I work in the Federal Revenue of Brazil at the customs, the function of it is to have control of who operates in foreign trade, having control of companies operating in and who pear foreign trade, controlling what goes in and out of Brazil, the and who makes the import and export. Yeah she has a lot to do with export and import, because as I said before, it controls what goes in and out of Brazil, and ta exporting company, makes control much this company can export the threshold amount in cash and product. We don't have competitors; We have partners who perform the same kind of service in various regions of the country. We make the RNTRC - national register of road transport, a register that all carriers (companies and freelancers) must have to perform the carriage of goods in the country. More specific they are responsible to sell scales (Pharmacy, Supermarkets, Distributors, etc.). Fiscal printers (Issue of invoices and paulista invoices) barcode reader and a lot of equipments for a company work well.
They are authorized assistance of the brands they represent, thus has the permission to purchase parts and maintenance of equipment sold, thus ensuring 100% compliance for their customers, from sales to repairs.
Currently we have some competitors selling these products like Piracicaba.Net, Soft Design among others, but none of these can be an authorized assistance, thereby making our company a differential in the market and ensuring great credibility for the clients.

There are almost eight languages to learn, we have English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, japanese and portuguese for foreigners.
Our competitors are the others schools, like CNA, Fisk, People, etc.
The strategies are have good books and excellent teachers, always do some promotion for the students and the most important, divulge the school.

The MSB makes automotive body for Hyundai and after 3 years attending the Hyundai, the company may get other contracts with other companies.
This company only imports, because the most of the raw material come from South Korea and the MSB was constructed to attend the HB20’s production.
The strategies used by the MSB to get a market share are: attending the orders on time and deliver high quality products with zero defects (without defects).
The company gets to deliver the orders on time, because it uses a system called “milk run”, it consists in producing and deliver according to customer’s need.

ResponderExcluirCurrently we are producing just some parts and we are purchasing others. Our biggest goal is to reach the international market. However, it has not proven to be easy since the Northeastern factories are economically very strong and competitive.
In order to make exports more attactive, we have been investing considerably in every detail. After all, when it comes to fashion, detail is the main difference for the consumer market. For example, last summer we started to sell clothes separatedly as to make our customers comfortable to choose the products which would best match to their own taste. Such decision has made a real difference, because we settled a new way of approaching the customer, thus making them more loyal to the brand and consequentely having them act as multipliers. As a result, sales have increased due to the opening of new segments in our market.
Simultaniously, more investment will be needed to improve the company´s logistics since with the new export market will mean a considerable percentage of our market share. The inclusion of ports and airports will make cost prices higher.

We don´t have many competitors because it´s a very secrect business that the competitors don´t have influence in our networks...
Our business is focused on large companies and investors, the strategy is always the same, speed, quality and honesty!
